Born out of a desire to deliver a top quality, bespoke personal training experience, our ethos is that everyone has the right to feel confident when working out. Our goal is to create an environment where our clients feel empowered, motivated and valued. If you're here to improve yourself, then we're here to applaud and encourage you.

Unlike big box gyms, you will never arrive to an overcrowded space. Our personal training sessions are scheduled to ensure that we can GUARANTEE equipment availability. A private space with a real sense of acceptance and belonging.

 

So whether you're an absolute beginner (in which case you may find our FAQ's section helpful), super experienced, or somewhere inbetween.....welcome.

Stuidos

Studios

We've carefully planned our facility to ensure that the space is fully equipped to provide you with an invigorating and highly productive workout. The training space is made up of 3 areas:

Weights

Complete with power rack, squat rack and bench press for those heavier lifts. We've plenty of plates and Olympic weights to ensure you're never hanging around waiting for someone else to free up the equipment. Of course you can expect to see cables, pull up/dip station, barbells and dumbbells (1 - 45kg). We also have a prowler run and sled for whole body conditioning.

Cardio

No treadmills here! We are keen that our main cardio area should be challenging and keep your interest. Burn those calories on our Concept 2 machines; ski erg, bike erg and rowers. Here you will also find kettlebells, battle ropes, suspension trainer, slam balls, Swedish wall ladder & air bike.

Outdoors

We have a private, walled off training space at the back of our studio. Try tyre flips, battle ropes, sledgehammers, wall balls and more all in the great outdoors.

Personal Training

Our carefully designed, private training facility is the perfect place to work alongside a personal trainer to achieve your goals. All sessions are scheduled to ensure that you will never experience a crowded training space, meaning any equipment required for your session will always be available to you. Our personal trainers all share our ethos, our love of the fitness industry, a desire to deliver you with the best possible experience and a commitment to continued learning and ongoing personal development.

Sessions from £45p/h based on a block booking.

Some of our trainers offer partner 2 to 1 personal training for an additional cost. Please get in touch for more information.

Small group - 30 mins

6-person 30-minute small group sessions. 

Bodyweight, dumbbell and cardio focus suitable for all fitness levels.

Sessions run Monday - Thursday 6:20 pm and 7pm

6 week blocks £45 (£7.50 per session).

I can help you with strength & muscle building, weight management, increasing fitness levels and  body confidence. I also have EDS & therefore have experience of working with exercise adaptions & reducing risk.

I am a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) as well as a personal trainer, so whether your goal is to move better, lose weight, build muscle, overcome injury or increase fitness, I can help.


I have been Vegan for 3 years and was vegetarian for 4 years before that. This is an area I specialise in as most people get confused by how to build strength and muscle whilst living  on a plant based diet.

As well as being a Personal Trainer, I have coached MMA, Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and Boxing for 7 years. This, added to my back ground in Rugby and American Football means I have experience in a wide range of gym based training - Everything from training to gain strength and size, to weight loss and fitness. So no matter what your goal is I'll be able to help.

 

On top of 60 minute personal training sessions I offer shorter 'boxing blast' sessions where you can learn to box while getting fit with 1 to 1 pad work.

Having been practicing since 2015, I have experience of working in elite level Rugby Union with Castleford Tigers R.L.F.C. and Leicester Tigers before moving into private practice and setting up J.L. Sports Injury Services in 2017.

I specialise in injury diagnosis, treatment (including Sports Massage), rehabilitation and prevention!
